Black Men In Business

Black Men In Business was Founded by Charles & Rose Smith in January of 2016 in Austin, Texas. It was created to provide a platform designed specifically for black businessmen. The arena was set up with the same guidelines as Black Women In Business.

Black Men In Business is an organization developed through online and in person meetings and events. The goal is for the members to grow individually and collectively while achieving their professional goals. Business education, mentorship, community involvement, unity, and networking is the focus of the group.

Black Men In Business meets the third Thursday of every month at 7:00PM to 9:00PM at:

Charles was born and raised in Austin, and has a special interest in seeing the black community come together. His father, Charles Smith Jr., was one of the Founders of Blackland Neighborhood Association (East Austin), where Charles now serves on the Board as Vice President.
