BLACK MEN IN BUSINESS

Rose Smith is the Founder & CEO of R.O.S.E.S (Reaching Out Supporting Every Sister); which is an organization that educates and empowers all women. It was created in 2010, and continues to invest in individuals, families and communities. ROSES has hosted countless community events, workshops and special events to encourage women and strengthen families. Her motto is “You Matter,” because she believes that is all any of us really want to know. In her opinion, this begins the process for us to fulfill our purpose.
Mrs. Smith is also the Founder & CEO of Black Women In Business. The headquarters was established in 2014, and located in Austin, Texas. In 2017, she launched Chapters in San Antonio, Killeen and Dallas. Mrs. Smith is a Motivational Speaker, Author, Publisher and Business Coach who specializes in leadership, team building, marketing and turning passion into profit.
Jean Chase is the mother of BWIB Founder, Rose Smith. She is described by Mrs. Smith as the wind beneath her wings. She often says that she hopes her life proves to her Mom that she was listening. Ms. Chase introduced her daughter to God at a very early age, and taught her the importance of having a relationship with Him. And, in her opinion, that is the greatest gift she could have ever given her. Mrs. Smith’s journey resembles that of her mother who has also served in the community, school and church for decades. Having a close family bond and loving each other through it all is embedded in her DNA. People often ask Mrs. Smith who inspires her. This beautiful lady is first on the list…

His hope is that Black Men In Business and Black Women In Business will accept this philosophy and “change the game” for generations to come.
Charles has been in the Sales & Communications Industry for more than three decades, and has exceeded expectations in productivity and leadership.
